Who May Submit a Listing

A listing may be submitted by:

• The business owner
• An authorized employee or representative
• A person who has permission to manage the business’s information

Please do not submit a business without the owner’s knowledge or permission.

Service Area

Listings should serve residents of:

• Nelliefield
• Peninsula
• Rivers Reach
• Nearby neighborhoods and businesses along the Clements Ferry Road area

A business does not need to have a storefront inside the neighborhood, but it should regularly provide products or services to people in this local area.

Listing Information

Please provide accurate and current information, including:

• Business name
• Business description
• Appropriate category
• Contact information
• Website or Facebook page, when available
• Business hours, when applicable
• Clear logo and business images
• Address or service area, when appropriate

Only provide contact details and location information that you are comfortable displaying publicly.

Images and Content

You must have permission to use any logo, photograph, graphic, or written content submitted with your listing.

Listings may not contain:

• False or misleading information
• Copyrighted material used without permission
• Offensive, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Illegal products, services, or activity
• Spam or unrelated advertising
• Links to unsafe, deceptive, or inappropriate websites

Special Offers

Businesses may include current discounts, promotions, free estimates, or neighborhood specials.

Offers should be accurate and kept up to date. Remove or update an offer when it expires or is no longer available.

Reviews

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences with a business.

Reviews may be removed when they contain:

• Personal attacks or harassment
• False or misleading claims
• Private personal information
• Spam or unrelated content
• Offensive or inappropriate language
• Reviews submitted in exchange for compensation without disclosure

A disagreement with a business is not, by itself, a reason for removing a review.

Approval and Moderation

All listings may be reviewed before publication.

NPR Business and Services may:

• Request corrections or additional information
• Edit formatting for clarity and consistency
• Move a listing to a more appropriate category
• Reject incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate listings
• Suspend or remove outdated or policy-violating listings

Approval of a listing does not mean that NPR Business and Services endorses, guarantees, licenses, or verifies the business.

Keeping Listings Current

Business owners are responsible for keeping their listings accurate.

Please update your listing when there are changes to:

• Contact information
• Business hours
• Services
• Website or social-media links
• Address or service area
• Special offers
• Business ownership or operating status

Corrections and Removal Requests

To request a correction, report a listing, or ask for a listing to be removed, email:

Please include the business name and a link to the listing when possible.

Changes to These Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated as the directory grows or new features are added.
