Creekside Technology is a fully comprehensive IT provider located in Charleston, SC serving the Lowcountry and Carolinas. Our target demographic is small to medium-sized businesses who aren’t ready to hire a full-time IT person/team, but still want many of the same benefits of having a department on-call. We provide professional ad hoc services, however we also focus in IT Managed Services, which provides all the benefits of having a dedicated IT team without putting a full time employee on payroll, benefits, etc.

Our managed services stretch far beyond helpdesk, including a full cybersecurity department, proactive monitoring, patching, and infrastructure analysis, IT vendor management, as well as acting as a CIO for strategic IT roadmap development and adopting and planning backup/disaster recovery. These services are unlimited and all-inclusive at a monthly flat rate which is usually determined by company size/headcount/computers.

We also offer services such as website design & hosting, network/system buildouts, migrations, and office moves/expansions.
